Yearly plans run for 12 months and end automatically – no renewal. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (German small business rule).
Christmas price: 30% off the first 3 monthly payments of a new monthly plan taken out between Oct 10 and Nov 30, 2026. After that the regular monthly price applies; the plan stays cancellable monthly. Not valid for yearly plans or for existing or previous subscriptions. If you switch to a yearly plan, or change plans at the end of a billing period, the remaining discount lapses.

Does FRAMEBUDDY work with my laser?
The generators export SVG files in real millimetres. SVG can be imported into common laser software such as xTool Studio or LightBurn. Cut and engrave are on separate layers, so you set power and speed per layer.
What size are the laser files?
The files scale freely to whatever size you want. Simply drag them to the size of your blank in xTool Studio or LightBurn – cut and engraving stay perfectly aligned.
What can I personalise?
It depends on the generator: for example names, family name, year, motifs, symbols, figures or add-ons. The preview shows every change instantly.
Can I try FRAMEBUDDY first?
Yes. When you sign up, a trial licence starts automatically: 14 days of access to all generators and 3 SVG exports (several sheets of one design count as one export). Trial files carry a small engraved stamp “framebuddy.de · Test” and are for private projects only. It costs nothing and nothing renews.
Can I sell the products?
Yes – commercial use is included in every plan, you don't need an extra licence. You sell the finished products, not the SVG files themselves. Files from the free trial licence are excluded.
What happens to my customers' names and photos?
Nothing leaves your browser. All generators work on your device: names, texts and uploaded photos are never sent to our server and never stored anywhere. The automatic background removal in the photo engraving also runs in your browser, without any cloud service. The only exception is booth mode: there the order (name and laser file) is stored for your order list and deleted automatically after 30 days.
Can I request a generator?
Yes! In the Wish Box you collect your ideas. Every month we build one wish and release it for PRO and ALL YOU CAN CUT at the same time – whoever submitted it gets one month of ALL YOU CAN CUT for free.
What is booth mode?
From PRO upwards your tablet at a market or fair booth becomes a kiosk: customers pick a design, enter their name and adjust size and position themselves. The finished laser file lands straight in the order list on your laser computer. You set prices and photos yourself, and a PIN locks the tablet. Personalisation becomes an experience – your customer designs along, you laser it live.
How many devices can I use?

How are new generators added?
The library grows all the time. PRO and ALL YOU CAN CUT include new generators automatically; ALL YOU CAN CUT gets them 30 days earlier.
