Heart puzzle with names: questions and answers
Why are the puzzle joints only scored?
That keeps the puzzle block one sturdy piece that still looks like a puzzle. Laser the blue layer as a line with low power.
How big are the puzzle pieces?
Each piece is as wide as its name: short names make small pieces, long names wide ones.
Do I need two kinds of wood?
For the two-tone look, yes: one light and one dark sheet. You can also export each sheet separately.
Does it work with my laser?
Yes. The generator exports SVG files in real millimetres that you can import into xTool Creative Space, xTool Studio, LightBurn and other common laser software. Cut and engrave are on separate layers.
